Wendy is the CoSyne VP Operations with responsibilities for ensuring the operational team and processes are developed to appropriately support the growing company. Wendy holds an MBA from the Open University Business School, as well as a DPhil from the University of Oxford and a degree in Biochemistry & Toxicology. Prior to CoSyne, since 2015 Wendy has held senior operational roles at multiple biologics-focussed drug discovery companies, and prior to this spent some years developing a large high-throughput gene editing team at the Wellcome Sanger Institute.
