Lead Computational Biologist
Regina is a Lead Computational Biologist at CoSyne and, is jointly responsible for shaping the strategy for target identification from in-house multi-omic data. Regina holds a PhD in Bioinformatics from University College London, as well as a degree in Molecular Biomedicine. Prior to CoSyne, Regina was a postdoctoral research fellow at University College London. She worked as part of the Aligning Science Across Parkinson’s disease initiative, where she used large-scale transcriptomic datasets to identify molecular signatures of Parkinson’s disease progression. In her work, Regina is driven by a commitment to integrity, rigour, and transparency. More generally, she is driven by a desire to make a positive impact, however small it may be, in the world.
